Adventures reserves the right to make itinerary changes due to weather
conditions, other factors beyond our control or as it deems necessary or
desirable.
Island Spirit Adventures will not give partial refunds or credits to unused services such as hotel rooms, meals or included activities. Trips are priced as a package deal.
Island Spirit Adventures reserves the right to adjust U.S. dollar prices to reflect fluctuations in the foreign exchange market.
Island Spirit Adventures cannot be held accountable for weather or other natural phenomenon that may affect the tours.
Island Spirit Adventures shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred by clients due to national or regional strikes or work stoppages.
Island Spirit Adventures will not be held responsible for any conditions out of our control that delay your arrival or departure. All extra charges caused by delays (late luggage, extra flights, or catching up with a trip in progress) or any variations from the itinerary (early departure, evacuation) will be at your expense.
If Island Spirit Adventures must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, all of your money will be refunded, but our financial liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid and shall not be extended to cover any other costs incurred by you.
Island Spirit Adventure Cancellation Policies
No exceptions are made to our
cancellation policy for any reason. Once a deposit is made, this implies
acceptance of reservation and cancellation policies apply. The fees
listed below are per person, per trip. To compute cancellation fees, start from
one day prior to the trip date and proceed from that number to figure out the
number of days prior to departure.
