Step 2:  After registration document is complete and we have recieved initial or full payment, please fill out the Extended Registration and Liability form.  This is mandatory before your departure. Download Extended Registration form.

Trip deposit is 300 Euros per person. 

Bank transfers, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted forms of payments.  (Transaction fee applies for credit card payment.)  Please note your form of payment on the registration form.

 
The balance of the trip is due 90 days prior to departure.


90 days prior to trip cancellation policies apply and are explained under ISA Policies, however  refund complications will be avoided when travel insurance is activated.

Island Spirit Adventures works in conjunction with Travel Guard providing you coverage for various unpredictable traveling situations.  Especially when traveling to island destinations it is highly recommended by ISA that you have travel insurance.  This insurance covers possible costs incurred due to transportation delays or lost baggage. It also has extensive medical and trip cancellation protection.  An ISA representative will gladly help you enroll. You can view the policy now by clicking on the Travel Guard image below.  


TRANSFERING TO ANOTHER TRIP DATE IS POSSIBLE if you are unable to make your initial reservation, however, exchanges must be made within one year of original trip date and a fee of 200 Euros will apply.  If the price of the trip has changed you will be responsible for the difference. 

If you must cancel the transferred reservation, no refunds will be given.
