Hello Fellow Travelers,  

Island Spirit Adventures has been created as a way to bring active people together from all over the world to experience Sardinia, Italy from its many unique perspectives. Indeed I am very fortunate to have traveled to many beautiful places such as Thailand, up the Red Sea to places like Egypt, Tunisia and Oman, from Mexico's west to east coast,various countries in Europe and all but a handful of the US's 50 states.  Yet, from the first time I stepped foot on Sardinia ten years ago, it continues to be the place that inspires me most and now is my opportunity to share that with you.

I feel we live in a beautifully chaotic time in history. Yet, in the midst of our busy lives, there is a profound desire to get back to the basics — to experience the infinite amount of beauty and truth that lies in simplicity.

In Sardinia, one can experience daily the great joys derived from a simple ray of sunshine spraying across an endless stretch of water, a home-cooked meal, a hike down to a secluded beach capped by a splash into the crystalline sea and solid conversation over a glass of hearty red wine and pecorino cheese.

Through the combined efforts of the native Sardinians and the island’s natural beauty, Island Spirit Adventures is able to provide a well-balanced vacation, including the elements of hiking through the lush Mediterranean terrain, savoring the regional Sardinian cuisine, relaxing island style AND leaving enough space open for spontaneity, which is always a part of each day spent on this mysterious Mediterranean island.
