Trek & Sail Sardinia is the best way to explore the land and the sea of Sardinia. This week is about swimming in the secluded bays and beaches of the eastern coast of Sardinia AND hiking some of the most rewarding paths offered on this island. Your Captain and guide carefully design each day to provide the maximum level of activity OR the maximum level of relaxation and the choice is yours! Of no lesser importance is to experience the Sardinian cuisine. You can be assured of the finest and freshest ingredients and complete meals from appetizer to desert; Sardinian style - every single day.
In brief:
Day 1: Welcome to Sardinina and welcome aboard! Meet your Captain and ISA guide and experience your first authentic Sardinian dinner over the Mediterranean sunset.
Day 2-4: Sailing and hiking up the Eastern coast of Sardinia along it's most beautiful Gulf of Orosei visiting the secluded beaches, coves and quaint port towns of Santa Maria and La Caletta. Each hike starts and ends in different locations with your Captain and "floating home" awaiting your arrival. Enjoy coastal views from above, swims in secluded coves and beaches, fantastic Italian cuisine and wine, activity/relaxation from sunrise to sunset.
HIKING ROUTES: Santa Maria Navaresse to Pedra Longa. Cala Sisine to Cala Luna. Cala Luna to Cala Friuli.
Day 5 & 6: Total sailing and relaxation. Take the helm or leave it completely in the hands of your Captain. The choice is yours as we continuing cruising up the coast enjoying the Mediterranean sea, sunshine and it's natural inhabitats! Hint: Dolphins get out and play early! Explore the exquisite shops in of the Emerald Coast as one evening we port in the world famous Porto Cervo. Toast with a glass of red at Cafe du Port, the oldest locale in port. Walk around the cute and lively town of La Maddalena after we island hop through-out the archipelago.
Day 7: Sip on your last frothy Italian cappuccino before departure to International Airport of Olbia.
